Dale Garlow, Aidarex COO, is a senior executive with extensive and diversified managerial skills in the pharmaceutical, biotech and nutraceutical industries. He has had hands on responsibility for administration, manufacturing, sales, marketing, manufacturing and regulatory compliance. Dale is experienced with public and privately held, start up, rapid growth and turn around organizations.

Dale started his healthcare career with the Upjohn Company, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, as a management trainee. He attained the position of Regional Director of Administration and Distribution. He resigned to become President of Whiteworth/Towne Paulsen, a firm which manufactures and distributes health and beauty aids under the Whiteworth label, and generic prescription pharmaceuticals under the Towne Paulsen label. Dale and his team were able to revitalize the ailing company that was losing money and had serious compliance issues. They brought the company to a break–even position, then sold it.

Dale and his partner co-founded FHC Corporation which specialized in marketing and sales of diagnostic products. The founders helped develop and obtain exclusive marketing rights to a pregnancy test. They then entered into an exclusive supply agreement with Warner Lambert to market the test under their brand, EPTĀ®. The founders sold their interest in the Company and formed Integra LLC, which was involved with consulting and investments in medical device, pharmaceutical and nutritional manufacturing and packaging operations.

Dale has been a senior executive in the custom packaging industry for the past eight years. He has served on the Board of Directors at Whiteworth/Towne Paulsen, FHC Corporation, Vyrex Corporation, and DNA Technologies.
